Jury cleared all clients of any wrongdoing.. My trial advocacy began at Loyola Law School, as a Certified Law Clerk, in July 2012 where at the age of 26 I tried my first felony trial to jury verdict before Judge Upinder Kalra, Foltz Courthouse. I tried two bench trials for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office in 2016 following completion of the "Academy of Justice" trial advocacy program. I tried a criminal defense misdemeanor trial before a jury in December 2019 in San Fernando Courthouse before Judge Andrew Cooper.. Regarding trial advocacy training, I have completed, two intensive trial advocacy courses, seen below:. 1. Criminal prosecution-The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office "Academy of Justice" a six week (40 hours a week) invitation only, tax payer funded program taught by veteran Los Angeles Deputy City Attorneys. I took and graduated from this course in the Summer of 2016 after which I was placed as a Special Deputy City Attorney in the Pacific Branch (LAX Courthouse) to try and litigate misdeamnor cases on behalf of the City of Los Angeles).. 2. Plaintiffs' Civil Litigation-The Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) "Plaintiffs' Trial Academy (PTA)." This course was a 7 week program that I took and graduated from in the summer of 2019. The course was taught by Mike Arias, past president of CAALA and president of Consumer Attorneys of California (CAC). Lecturers included Carl Douglas, Arash Homanpour, Christa Ramey, Gary Dordick, Bob Simon, and Rahul Ravipudi. Topics like the Academy of Justice were Jury Selection, Direct Examination, Cross Examination, Closing Arguments, Evidence, Ethics, Maintaing Credibility with the Jury and Trial themes. Closing Speech was by Nick Rowley.. I have argued cases in arbitration and resolved over 10 cases in mediation.. I was President of the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce, Los Angeles Chapter which is part of the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce, founded in New York State in 1990. The Los Angeles Chapter, which I was the founding member of, was organized in July 2019. I swrved as president of the RACC-LA from 2019 to 2025.. On May 29, 2022, I was elected Vice President of the Viitorul Roman Cultural & Aid Society, a position I held until April 24, 2023. I speak Romanian fluently.. I have extensive knowledge and experience in American politics, on the Federal (U.S. Senator Arlen Specter, U.S. Senator Rick Santorum), state (West Virginia Attorney General Darrell V. McGraw, two Pennsylvania State Representatives) and local (Los Angeles City Attorney Michael N. Feuer), and U.S. Representative Mike Garcia (R-CA-25). Thus, I have worked for progressive Democrats, conservative Republicans, moderate Republicans, moderate Democrats, elected officials on both of America's Coasts and in the Heartland.. I have lived in Washington, D.C., suburbia, Los Angeles, and small town America (West Virginia).. I look forward to working on your case.
