Cesar Juarez joined the Goosmann Law Firm in September 2015. As one of a handful of fluent Spanish-speaking attorneys in South Dakota, Cesar gives a voice to South Dakotans and individuals throughout the Midwest whose needs have gone unmet for too long.  Cesar advises business and governmental entities in cases where the accuracy and content of Spanish communications are important.  Governmental entities have previously retained Cesar to help create forms and written policies for persons primarily fluent in only Spanish.  Businesses and corporations throughout the United States hire Cesar to communicate with and manage international attorneys when they require representation outside of the United States in Spanish-speaking countries..
