Daniel Weinstein is a South Dakota attorney with a passion for helping those in need. He is a zealous advocate for his clients and provides solution-oriented assistance. Daniel created Weinstein Law Firm, PLLC with the goal of serving the people of South Dakota. His practice is focused on civil litigation, debt related issues, personal injury matters, estate planning, corporate formation, and criminal defense work. He also is a member of the CJA panel where he represents criminal defendants in federal cases.. Daniel graduated from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He then attended St. Thomas University, School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate. Daniel exceled academically at both of these institutions and was recognized for his outstanding scholastic performance. Specifically, throughout the course of his undergraduate degree, Daniel was selected to be a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. During law school, his academic accomplishments landed him a spot on the Dean’s List as well as a ‘book award’ for receiving the highest grade in the course, State and Local Taxation.. Daniel is a member of the American Bar Association, the second circuit bar association and the South Dakota Bar. He and his wife reside in Sioux falls with their dog “butterscotch”.
