Specifically, throughout the course of his undergraduate degree, Daniel was selected to be a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. During law school, his academic accomplishments landed him a spot on the Dean’s List as well as a ‘book award’ for receiving the highest grade in the course, State and Local Taxation.. Daniel is a member of the American Bar Association, the second circuit bar association and the South Dakota Bar. He and his wife reside in Sioux falls with their dog “butterscotch”.
