ROBERT E. PAARZ, Esq., was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1983, and was re-certified in 1991, 1998, and 2005. Mr. Paarz was formerly a highly successful medical malpractice defense attorney. Between 1976 and 2001, he tried over 250 medical malpractice cases to a verdict, many involving catastrophic injury and death. Mr. Paarz also personally argued more than 10 cases in front of the New Jersey Supreme Court, several of which shaped the law in medical malpractice in New Jersey..
