Allison is passionate about helping clients plan to protect what’s important to them. Allison simplifies complex legal planning to help her clients to create easy to understand estate and assets protection plans, smoothly navigate the probate and estate administration process, or assist elders in long-term care planning.. To educate the community on estate planning, probate/estate administration, and elder law, Allison teaches adult education classes through Branford ERACE covering topics such as: “What you need to know about Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning”; “Myths and Truths about Living Trusts”; “The Connecticut Probate Process” and “Planning and Paying for Long Term Care.”. Allison was nominated by her peers and recognized by New England Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015 through 2018. She is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York. Prior to practicing, she attended Quinnipiac University School of Law and graduated, Cum Laude, in 2008. She also graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2005 from Quinnipiac University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.. Allison enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Scott, and their family. They enjoy boating in the Long Island Sound, traveling, cooking together and having friends and family gatherings every Sunday at their home.
