He also previously served as Solicitor for the Delaware County Board of Assessment and the Office of Employment and Training.. Michael is actively involved in his community. He is the Chairman of the Springfield Republican Party and also a member of the Independence Blue Cross and Blue Shield Board of Directors. He is a former Springfield Township Commissioner and Delaware County Councilman.
