I believe in what I do for a living.   The legal process is sometimes simple, but often complex; sometimes fair, and somtimes less than fair.   I always do my best to be as open, honest and up front with new and existing clients about the best way to get from "Point A to Point B," whether that's drafting a new contract, negotiating the purchase and sale of real estate or a business, or deciding to fight or settle a dispute in court.   There are times to stand on principal, but there are also times to focus on the most important four letter word in law:  M-A-T-H.   A good attorney seperates the people from the problem, removes emotion from the analysis, and guides his or her client to the most reasonable path forward.  In many disputes, the best way to guarantee a result you can live with, is to find a way to stay out of the courtroom, but sometimes, you need a team of litigators to take your case to trial.  My partners and serve clients primarly along the I-95 and I-4 Corridors from the Greater Orlando Area to Daytona Beach, and from Flagler to Brevard, but we also handle matters statewide for clients and serve as co-counsel on out of state matters.
