I have practiced exclusively criminal defense since August of 2007. In 2013, I became Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law making me an expert in the field. Board Certification is the highest level of evaluation by the Florida Bar of competency and experience within the area of law, professionalism and ethics in practice.. I have handled thousands of criminal cases as defense counsel ranging from misdemeanors to capital felonies including, 1st Degree Murder, Attempted Murder, Robbery, Sex Crimes and hundreds of cases involving firearms and minimum mandatory sentences. I have been lead counsel in over 60 felony jury trials.
