Andrew is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy who went on to serve as a Naval Engineering Officer.  Andrew served aboard several warships in support of global maritime operations and, fluent in Japanese, served as a liaison officer between the U.S. and Japanese navies.   Andrew went on to attend Florida State University College of Law and is currently a candidate for a Master’s of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida..
