Shannon McLin Bio
Florida Appeals handles complex civil appellate litigation in state and federal courts. Founding partner, Shannon McLin Carlyle, is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in appellate practice and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. She is also a Board Certified Circuit and Appellate Court Mediator. She is an experienced appellate advocate with an extensive background in state and federal appellate representation. As a former law clerk to the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal, Ms. Carlyle developed a unique perspective as to what appellate courts expect in appellate briefs and pleadings. Ms. Carlyle is admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
