He has litigated cases in multiple state and federal jurisdictions throughout the country. He has defended numerous dispositive motions, engaged in data-intensive discovery and worked extensively with experts and attorneys. His efforts while there have led to settlements and jury verdicts awarding millions of dollars in relief.. Cody has extensive experience handling appellate matters in state and federal courts. He is an accomplished writer and oral advocate who strives to maintain trial victories on appeal or in overturning adverse rulings arguably wrongly decided. He has helped brief cases in Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court. Cody received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens.
