Hunter Alston Higdon was born and raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Mr. Higdon was the Valedictorian of the Class of 1999 at Pascagoula High School, and he was also an All-State football player. Additionally, he earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Stetson University School of Business Administration..
