Attorney Benjamin Burnstine is proud to call himself an Orlando native. Growing up in Lake Mary for the majority of his life, it was always his desire to move back to the area to begin his legal career. Mr. Burnstine has three degrees from the University of Florida, having graduated with his B.A. in Political Science, B.S. in Psychology and Juris Doctor.. Mr. Burnstine decided to concentrate his focus on the areas of family and business law while in school. Following his first year of law school, Mr. Burnstine interned at a non-profit legal service where he dealt primarily with domestic violence matters. During his second year of law school, Mr. Burnstine interned with a Family Law Magistrate for the 8th Judicial Circuit gaining valuable knowledge on a vast array of family law issues. The summer following his second year of law school, Benjamin Burnstine worked as a Law Clerk for a prominent boutique business litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia. There he assisted the firm in its representation of businesses in various legal disputes. He continued to provide the firm with consulting services through 2017. After graduating from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, Mr. Burnstine went on to work in the legal department of an international financial services and information technology company.. Benjamin Burnstine has always had a passion for helping others. This passion is what led him to his current position as an associate attorney with The Roberts Family Law Firm, P.A. He now focuses exclusively on family law matters, with an emphasis on divorce, modification, and paternity cases.
