Jeff has been a lawyer for over 37 years. He started as a Staff Attorney at the Minnesota Court of Appeals for six years, handling motions and assisting in the drafting of many Court Opinions and was involved in numerous family law cases.  Jeff has practiced exclusively in Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Mediation and Appeals over the last 37 years. Jeff has been involved and litigated cases involving large complicated marital estates, custody, spousal maintenance, child support, and Order for Protection matters. He  has extensive court room experience as a litigator. He also is a mediator and Neutral on the Minnesota Neutral Roster and is a Court appointed Early Neutral Evaluator. He evaluates and makes recommendation in Custody and Financial issues. Jeff is trained both as an FENE neutral and SENE neutral. Jeff is on the FENE and SENE rosters in Washington County, Ramsey County, Dakota County, Hennepin County, Scott County,  Carver County, Anoka County, Pine County, Isanti Count, Chisago County, and Kanabec County.
