Jerry Sisk has been handling and trying workers' compensation cases since 2003.  While workers' compensation insurers attempt to delay or avoid paying owed benefits to injured workers, Jerry has devoted his career to making sure his clients receive the compensation they deserve.. Earlier in his career, Jerry represented insurance companies so he knows first-hand how these companies defend against lawsuits by manipulating the legal system in their favor.  He knows what it takes to prove entitlement to benefits.  Because insurance companies have infinite dollars to fight your case they can hire expensive defense lawyers and investigators to assist in the denial of your benefits. Jerry grew up in Minnesota and spent all but his college years living in the Twin Cities.  When he was not participating in sports at Wayzata High School, he would be busy “flipping burgers” at his family restaurant.  In college, Jerry clerked for former Representative Jim Ramstad in Washington, D.C.   Jerry is a graduate of the prestigious James Madison College at Michigan State University and the University of Minnesota Law School.. Jerry is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Association of Justice, and Anoka County Bar Association. He is also currently the Treasurer for the Anoka County Bar Association.  He is a contributor to the Minnesota Association of Justice Trial magazine, where he is published.  He is frequent presenter throughout the State of Minnesota on various workers' compensation topics.. Jerry, his wife, and three kids reside in Blaine, Minnesota.  When he is not chasing his kids around the house and coaching their activities, he enjoys snowboarding, woodworking, bicycling, and doing anything outdoors..
