Mr. Marshall has also represented municipalities, local conservation districts, nonprofits, charitable organizations, and assisted on public bond projects.. A native of Rotan, Texas, Mr. Marshall spent seventeen years in private practice in Brady, Texas. Mr. Marshall is active in church activities and enjoys the outdoors. Most of Mr. Marshall’s free time is spent travelling with his wife and their two sons to sporting events.
