Additionally, I advise UW’s health sciences administration and health sciences schools. My diverse practice involves clinical care issues, business transactions, clinical training agreements, medical supply chain contracts, regulatory compliance, and higher education policy issues.In previous private practice, I advised and represented individuals and companies for compliance, criminal defense, and complex litigation matters. I have extensive courtroom experience as a former King County deputy prosecutor and served as a law clerk in the Western District of Washington. Prior to law school, I served as a Legislative Staff Assistant for the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Labor.
