Hi! I'm Barbara Bowden and I have built an incredible practice in Pierce County over the past 30 years. We have a team of 3dedicated criminal defense attorneys that have a combined 50+ years experience defending individuals charged with DUI and other misdemeanors.. We also have a passion for fighting traffic tickets and we have successfully fought and won over 10,000 tickets. “Barbara Bowden is a lawyer who knows DUI law like the back of her hand, who really cares about her clients, and who never shies away from a fight. She doesn't need to advertise--client referrals keep her in high demand--yet she keeps her fees affordable. Barbara is probably the busiest attorney I know--working every weekend and taking emergency calls in the wee hours. Because we often consult with each other on cases, I can personally vouch for how deeply she cares about her clients and how hard she works for them. Like many busy lawyers, she sometimes has others cover non-essential hearings when her presence is required elsewhere for trial or legal arguments. This is not unusual for a busy lawyer. If you have a licensing problem, she can probably fix it. She knows more about DOL and how to work that bureaucracy than any other lawyer I know. I endorse Barbara Bowden as a highly effective, caring and aggressive attorney.”
