Alisa has been a practicing attorney since 2007. She started her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marcus D. Williams (Ret.) of the Fairfax County Circuit Court, 19th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. During her clerkship, she had the opportunity to frequently observe trials and motions and assist her judge in determining the best legal ruling for litigants. She went on to become a government enforcement attorney for the United States Department of Transportation, and then an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, LLP, one of the top five largest national law firms and top 20 highest grossing global law firms. Alisa left Norton Rose Fullbright to exclusively practice domestic relations law at another law firm in Fairfax, Virginia before joining NOVA Legal Professionals in 2020.. Alisa is a Virginia native and graduate of James Madison University, and received her Juris Doctor from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law. She lives with her children and dog in Northern Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes and traveling.
