I have been involved in personal injury and workers' compensation litigation for over 40 years. I currently enjoy the responsibility and challenge of defending workers' compensation claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentalities Act, and protecting the subrogation interests of employers and carriers.
