He is the author of the Disability Law Compliance Manual and the Disability Law Compliance Report, both published by Thomson Reuters. He is the managing partner of Marx and Lieberman, PLLC and general counsel to the lobbying firm of Van Scoyoc Associates, Inc. Mr. Marx has an LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a J.D. from the Washington and Lee School of Law, where he was an executive editor of the Law Review.
