I have also previously served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Clark County, Indiana, for 8 years handling major felony cases, and an additional 2 1/2 years part-time as a narcotics prosecutor . I feel that my past experiences help me be a more efficient and effective attorney for my clients. I have personally tried fifty jury trials in both criminal and civil matters in Southern Indiana and Kentucky. I have also handled a number of appeals in both Indiana and Kentucky, including oral argument before the Kentucky Supreme Court.
