Denise S Young is an attorney and counselor at law with extensive local, state and federal experience in procurement, contracting, business transactions, and risk management. Ms. Young is an adjunct professor for the University Of Maryland University College where she teaches online graduate classes in Purchasing & Materials Management; and Contracts & Negotiations. She is also an online instructor for DeVry University where she teaches an undergraduate class in Ethical and Legal Issues in Professions. She has served as the Asst. Gen.
