After completing his undergraduate coursework at the University of Notre Dame, Scarlett went on to complete his Juris Doctor at the University of South Carolina School of Law in the year 2009. Because of his passion for the subject, he finished law school in the top fifteen percent. During his time at Notre Dame, Scarlett also studied business at the Moore School of Business. In addition, he underwent rigorous training in language and business in Spanish by studying abroad at Spain’s University of Salamanca.
