He was admitted to the General Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1991, and admitted to the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2001. He is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association. He was Vice-Chairman of the Law Practice Management Committee in 2010 – 2011, and was Chairman of the Law Practice Management Committee in 2011 – 2012.. Jesse V.
