William A. (Bill) Gilbert is a principle partner in the law firm Gilbert Law Firm, P.S. He is a trial lawyer whose practice emphasizes serious personal injury, wrongful death, employment law and civil rights litigation at the national and international levels. Mr. Gilbert has litigated complex cases across the United States, as well as in Canada and Central and South America. His litigation achievements include a $716 million jury verdict in a wrongful death action. Bill has a unique prospective of the law borne out of extensive life experience. Prior to attending law school, Bill served in the military, worked on large cattle ranches in his home state of Montana, guided hunters and fisherman in Montana and Alaska, skied professionally, supervised crews on construction projects and spent four years serving the community as a deputy sheriff. He has traveled the world extensively following his dreams and passion, exploring, socializing, fishing, hunting and trekking in some of the most remote places on the planet.
