I am nearly retired.. I REVIEW and when appropriate accept cases for clients with criminal charges as well as clients needing representation in civil rights claims. Our work reaches across the spectrum, from complex and difficult cases with intense public exposure to small, private, or highly sensitive disputes. I have represented lawyers before judicial, bar, and trial court inquires.. FROM TIME to time I speak at CLE programs on a variety of trial skills gathered over my 40 years in practice, or on playing Go/Wei’qi and how that sharpens a lawyer in court.. I TEACH at Gonzaga School of Law ("Advance Criminal Trial Process") where I have been an adjunct professor from time to time since 1994.
