Todd has also worked for South Jordan City, Utah, and Bluffdale City, Utah; and is currently the city attorney for Herriman City, Utah. Todd focuses his practice on land-use, employment, public records, and other municipal laws.. Todd is married to his beautiful wife, Marlene, and they have three girls.
