I am an AV Preeminent personal injury and workers compensation attorney who has practiced exclusively on behalf of injured people for the last 26+ years. I practice out of our firm's Front Royal and Warrenton offices  In my Front Royal office, I serve the Northern Shenandoah Valley including Winchester, Frederick County, Warren County, Page County and Shenandoah County. In our Warrenton office, we serve Rappahanock County, Fauquier County,western Prince William County, Haymareket, Gainesville, and Warrenton.. I am an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Workers Compensation Section as well as the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG), a national workers compensation rights group.  I am a member and serve on the Rules Subcommittee of the Virginia Workers Compensation American Inn of Court. I have also been recently named to the Virginia panel of personal injury mediators/arbitrators for National Arbitration and Mediation, a leading national alternate dispute resolution provider.. . Before I joined my current firm, I served as a military attorney in the  US Army JAG Corps as a Captain  in the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) from 1986-1989.. I have been married to my wife Susan for over 26 years and we have three daughters. My wife is a kindergarten teacher at a local elementary school in Stephens City,Va.
