Cassie has spent the majority of her life in the Richmond, Virginia area.  After growing up in Hanover County, Cassie attended Virginia Commonwealth University.   She majored in both Political Science and International Studies and obtained her Bachelor of Arts from VCU.  Immediately following graduation, Cassie began her study of law.  Three years later, she was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law.  Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Cassie obtained invaluable experience both inside and outside of the courtroom as a judicial clerk for the Hanover Circuit Court.  As a judicial clerk, she performed extensive legal research and briefed the judges on legal issues involved in a variety of cases.  Following her clerkship, Cassie has dedicated her time to her clients in a variety  of legal situations involving many different areas of law.  When not practicing law, Cassie volunteers with local organizations in Hanover County.  She sits on the board of Hanover Cares, aimed at reducing drinking and drugs in teenagers and volunteers with Hanover Safe Place.  She also loves to spend time outdoors with her dog, a dogo argentino named Loki.  Cassie has a passion for delivering excellent customer service to her clients.  She believes in team work with her clients and an open line of communication.  She is confident she will be able to work with you to find a solution that fits your needs.
