I am a Shareholder and Chair of the Family Law Group at Cozen O'Connor which ranks among the top 100 law firms in the Country.  My practice includes all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, support, alimony, and adoption matters in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  In addition to family law litigation, I also negotiate prenuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.  Further, I mediate and arbitrate family law cases.. I have represented a wide variety of clients in hundreds of family law cases throughout my career.  In Pennsylvania, I represent clients in all local counties including Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks and Berks as well as others.  In New Jersey, I assist parties throughout the State including Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Mercer, Atlantic and Cape May counties as well as others.. I am a regular legal commentator on national and local television networks including Court TV, CNN, Fox News Network, MSNBC, Fox 29, 6 ABC, NBC 10 and CBS 3. I am a weekly guest on CourtTV, and I have appeared on the Today Show, World News Tonight and the O'Reilly Factor among other shows.. I am currently the Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association Family Law Section which has about 9000 members and whose mission includes to be the pre-eminent voice on family law issues. I also contribute articles to various publications and websites including USA Today, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Main Line Magazine, Blogher, and The Huffington Post.  I write my own blog, Family Law Focus, where I comment and offer insight on topical issues in family law.  I also post monthly on the Martindale-Avvo blog (www.martindale-avvo.com/blog).. I am frequently asked to speak on family law issues.  I have presented for the ABA Family Law Section, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and other national, regional and local professional organizations.
