Beverly A. Black is an honest attorney. She has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 1992 and continues to be a lawyer in good standing. Although she passed the New Jersey bar in 1992, she never practiced in that state and never finalized her license with NJ. New Jersey recently did some housecleaning and took Beverly off their rolls. She has never had any problems with any disciplinary board.. She's been practicing immigration law for over 25 years and will not tell you she can help you if she can't.. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese, having lived in Mexico, Costa Rica, Chile and Brazil.. Beverly's immigration focus is on deportation defense, family visas, asylum, and some business visas.. Her family law focus is simple divorces, custody and support cases as well as paternity matters and protections from abuse.. Consultations are $150 per half hour which counts as a credit if she takes your case.
