Paul was born and raised in Waterbury, CT. Paul was a full-time Adult Probation Officer with the State of Connecticut before attending law school and graduating with honors. He was then employed by the State of Connecticut, Judicial Department, as a Child Support Enforcement Officer and an Adult Probation Officer. He received his law degree, with honors, from Western New England School of Law in 1994. Paul was a member of the Western New England Law Review in 1993-1994. Paul maintained his full-time employment with the State of Connecticut and RisCassi and Davis, P.C., during his legal education.. Paul is a certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Waterbury Bar Association.
