Born and raised in Norfolk, Virgina, Mr. Konikoff attended the University of Maryland before earning his juris doctorate from Touro Law Center in 2003. He is admitted to practice law before all district, circuit and appellate courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the United States Federal Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.. Mr. Konikoff presently resides in Norfolk with his wife and two children.. Community and Professional Organizations:. Board Member of Beth Shalom Sands; Member of Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, American Bar Association and Virginia State Bar.
