Before attending law school, Sophia worked as a legal analyst for King Street Capital Management, L.P., where she drafted confidentiality agreements, waivers of liability, vendor agreements, and engagement letters.. Sophia’s varied business background makes her a great resource for our small business clients. When she is not drafting contracts, Sophia can be found cooking, reading and spending time with her family in Chapel Hill, NC.. Sophia graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, VA, and was an Echols Scholar from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA.
