He and his wife have three children, and they have been actively involved in the community. Mr. Blanchard is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Fairfax Law Foundation, he is a member of both the Prince William County and Fairfax County Bar Associations, and he is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Fairfax County Bar Association. Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Blanchard has served the Prince William Health System as a member of its Foundation Board of Directors, served the City of Manassas government as a member of the Board of the Manassas Regional Airport, and has served the Seton School as a parent/coach of various school sports teams.
