My practice has focused exclusively on family law since 2016. I handle matters including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, business valuation, step-parent adoption, premarital agreements, protective orders, and enforcement issues. My cases have included complex issues such as mental health concerns, domestic abuse, alcohol and drug addiction, parental alienation, financial tracing, and unilateral dissipation of assets.. I believe that litigation is often the last resort in handling family law matters. I encourage my clients to consider alternatives to litigation, including lawyer negotiation, mediation, and collaborative law. However, I recognize that some cases are not appropriate for settlement and litigation is necessary for resolution. Regardless of how your matter is resolved, I will zealously advocate for a resolution that serves your best interests, including consideration of your financial, emotional, and legal rights and needs.. I currently practice in Arlington County, City of Alexandria, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County in circuit courts and juvenile and domestic relations courts.

I see a lot of posts about the workers at this location being rude. I could see where people could say that, but once you talk to the folks there and get to know them, they’re actually quite nice. This location is convenient and doesn’t usually have long lines. I’m always in and out quickly and find them very helpful.
