Mr. Szmak’s law school experience includes work in a non-profit advocacy organization, a public interest law firm, the United States Federal Election Commission, and the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.. Prior to joining the PJI Law, Brian practiced civil litigation and criminal defense in courts throughout Northern Virginia, to include Fairfax, Arlington, Falls Church, Prince William, Loudoun, and Alexandria..
