I personally handle all aspects of my clients’ cases from the initial consultation to trial. I take great pride in the personal attention I am able to give to each client and I am never too busy to answer your calls. I understand how important your case is to you and will work hard to make sure that all of your concerns are met from day one. The initial consultation is always free.. I was born and raised in the Richmond area, graduating from Lee Davis High school in 1981. After high school, I enlisted in the United States Air Force and later returned to the Richmond area to get my Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. I graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2001.. Prior to forming my own firm, I worked for Robert S. Carter, P.C. while in law school and after I graduated.  I then went to work for Tuck & Associates, PLC as an associate attorney.. During my free time I enjoy running and am a member of the Richmond Road Runner Club. I also enjoy traveling and riding my Harley Davidson™ with the Steel Horse Chapter of the Harley Owners Group.
