Mr. Bustamante is an attorney at Kublan Khan, PLC practicing family and immigration law. Prior to joining Kublan Khan PLC, Mr. Bustamante worked as a J&DR Prosecutor for the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office for several years, handling countless district court trials and several circuit court jury trials, including misdemeanors and serious felonies. Mr. Bustamante’s time as a J&DR prosecutor exposed him to special matters of domestic violence, juvenile crimes, and serious felony & gang crimes.. Mr. Bustamante obtained his Bachelor’s from the University of Massachusetts and Juris Doctorate degree from the New England Law | Boston (NELB). While at NELB, he practiced under the supervision of a licensed attorney for indigent clients in matters including eviction and tenant disputes, bankruptcy and foreclosures, criminal expungements, and criminal defense with the local public defender’s office. After graduating from law school, Mr. Bustamante began his legal career by working in contract law, personal injury, and general tort litigation in the Commonwealth of Virginia & District of Columbia courts..
