Brian is admitted to practice in the Virginia, California, and the District of Columbia and registered to practice before the USPTO. He is admitted before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Fourth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the District of Maryland and the Eastern District of Texas. Prior to entering the legal field, Brian worked as an aerospace engineer.
