Denise L. Wester, Of Counsel to Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A., devotes her practice to general litigation with an emphasis on complex commercial matters.. Denise has 19 years of experience representing financial institutions and businesses in commercial law and litigation.  Her representation has included complex commercial and retail collections, recovery and judgment enforcement, commercial and retail foreclosure, confession of judgment, commercial loan workouts, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, secured transactions, loan documentation, lender liability, bulk sales, due diligence, and regulatory matters.  In addition, she has handled SBA loans and documentation, VA contracts, service and sales contracts, and contract disputes.  She has extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations, including defining problems, collecting relevant information, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.. Denise is a member of Lehigh County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and has lectured on judgment enforcement and sheriff’s sales.. While in law school, she completed a legal internship with the United States Department of Justice, Organized Crime and Racketeering Section, Miami Strike Force.  After law school, she was a clinical intern for the Office of the Attorney General in Miami, Florida.. Denise also volunteers extensively with Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania and the St. Thomas More School in Allentown.
