Joe Hoelscher is a full-service Criminal Defense, DWI Defense, CPS Defense, and family lawyer located in San Antonio, Texas. Joe uses his many years of speaking experience to give his clients a voice in court so that their stories will be told in as effective a manner as possible.. Joe, as a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, regularly exceeds the required number of Continuing Legal Education hours each year, averaging 3 times as many hours as the state requirement.
