Benjamin S. Burton is an East Tennessee defense attorney who brings a wealth of specialized knowledge to his practice and the firm.  Mr. Burton has always been drawn to positions that offer a sense of livelihood through community service.  He began his career as a police officer with the city of Sevierville, where he became drawn to the intellectual rigor of the study of law.  Becoming an attorney has allowed him to continue fulfilling his life-long goals of helping people through interpreting and practicing law. Mr. Burton recently co-authored the textbooks Administrative Law in Tennessee and Tennessee Criminal Defense Strategies currently used by the National Business Institute. He is also a frequent lecturer with the National Business Institute..
