Mr. Frazier attended the University of Tennessee at Martin, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1995, with a minor in political science. Mr. Frazier received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law in 2000.. Mr. Frazier became licensed to practice law in 2000, and is admitted to practice before all Tennessee State and Federal trial courts. Mr. Frazier has served the Nashville business community and private clients in areas ranging from probate law and family law to business representation and civil litigation. In 2005, he joined the firm of Kennedy & Brown, PLLC, specializing in family law and probate.. In 2007, Mr. Frazier associated with Bankers Title & Escrow Corporation to specialize in the area of real estate and transactional law, opening Bankers Title & Escrow Dickson, PLLC, as a principal.. In 2009, Mr. Frazier associated in an "Of Counsel" capacity with the law firm of Reynolds, Potter, Ragan & Vandivort, PLC, in Dickson, Tennessee, where he practices in the area of real estate, estate planning and probate law.. Mr. Frazier is a published author of articles on probate law issues with the Nashville Bar Journal. Mr. Frazier is a member of member of the Nashville Bar Association (NBA), Tennessee Bar Association (TBA), American Bar Association (ABA), ABA General/Solo Section Member, and has served on the Editorial Committee of the Nashville Bar Journal.. Mr. Frazier is married to Angela Frazier, and has two daughters, Abigail and Anna. They are active supporters of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Nashville Shakespeare Festival. Mr. Frazier is an avid runner, endurance athlete, and ultra-marathoner.
