I concentrate my practice in all areas of state and federal environmental law. I represent clients from a wide range of industries, including corporate and banking clients, chemical and pharmaceutical companies, and real estate developers. My experience includes counseling clients concerning the environmental risks and liabilities impacting corporate and industrial asset and stock sales and acquisitions, financing deals, and real estate development; representing clients in administrative and civil enforcement proceedings and in litigation under major state and federal environmental laws including CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, TSCA and state law equivalents; counseling clients on a wide range of permitting and environmental compliance issues relating to new and existing pollution sources; and assisting clients in navigating chemical and hazardous materials reporting requirements under various state and federal environmental laws. Prior to joining Parker McCay, I was a senior associate with Blank Rome's Environmental, Energy, and Natural Resources Practice Group. I have authored articles on environmental and energy related issues and has presented to clients and peers on environmental law and oil and gas related issues. During law school, I interned for the Environmental Enforcement Section of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and for the United States Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where I worked on Clean Water Act and CERCLA related issues.
