Mr. Manchel is board certified as a consumer law bankruptcy attorney, by the American Board of Certification, which is accredited by the American Bar Association.. Mr. Manchel is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania Federal Court and the District of New Jersey Federal Court.
