I am Real Estate law and Business law specialist - since 1971. My practice areas include preparation of Wills and Living Wills.. I am a former member of the New Jersey Attorney General's legal staff where I was trained to conduct complex closings for the State of New Jersey.. I represent Buyers & Sellers of residential and commercial property all over New Jersey. My practice areas also incude advise about how to reduce risk when investing in real estate.. I take care of my clients' legal technicalities. I explain legal matters to my clients in easy to understand terms. I want them to know how the process works, and to able to conduct their legal affairs securely and without stress. My clients come to me for thoughtful, practical advice. They want to know how the legal process impacts them, and they want me by their side -collaborating with their real estate agent, so that their transactions are successful.
