Cesar received his bachelor's degree from Manhattan College in 2000 graduating magna cum laude where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.  Mr. Zuniga attended Pace University School of Law in White Plains where he graduated in 2003 with cum laude honors.  Cesar interned for a Federal District Court Judge in the Southern District of New York during law school.. After graduating from law school, Mr. Zuniga practiced law at several insurance defense and general practice firms where he prepared and argued motions, conducted examinations under oath and depositions, attended arbitrations, attended mediations, and conducted trials.  He has represented clients in Civil Court, Landlord Tenant Court, Small Claims Court, Supreme Court, Family Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court and Federal District Court.. He is an avid runner and raced in the New York City Marathon and New York City Half Marathon on multiple occassions.
