As part of my practice to help clients establish and protect their intellectual property rights, I also counsel clients on a variety of licenses, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, non-disclosure agreements, transactional due diligence, and related contract issues. I routinely advise clients on software licenses, trademark and brand licenses, patent licenses, copyright and content licenses, data privacy issues, and other intellectual property matters.. During law school, I clerked for two federal magistrate judges and interned in the General Counsel’s Office of a publicly traded corporation. Prior to law school, I worked as a legislative aide to two United States Senators in Washington, DC.
